These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, and workshop attendees.

All workshops are strictly 18+ due to insurance requirements.
Purchases of candles or digital products must be made by individuals 18 or older.

6. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
By purchasing a digital product:
Unauthorised distribution is strictly prohibited.
At Essence Of Scents, all products are hand-poured in small batches with care and attention. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Handmade Products
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, and appearance may occur. These variations are not considered faults.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at essenceofscents25@gmail.com.
When reporting an issue, please include:
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are confirmed to be faulty.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a workshop:

Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable guides and PDFs, are non-refundable once access or download has been provided, in accordance with UK digital content regulations.
Cancellations by Essence Of Scents
In the unlikely event that Essence Of Scents needs to cancel a workshop or order, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
